Hotel Nicolaus**** in Toruń has exellent facilities that allow you to organize business courses, buisness meetings ad other meetings ot this type in order to exchange experiences ang gain knowledge. We do not operate as a typical conference hotel, but we are professionally prepared to handle events of this nature. Apart from the meeting space, we also guarantee additional amenities. Conference rooms - space selection. There are three rooms in the facility dedicated to the organization of business meetings. STAR banquet hall with an area of 117m2 can accommodate up to 100 people. Depending on the spacing of tables and arrangement of chairs, this number is reduced according to the organizers' expectations. The SUN conference room is 45m2. Depending on the selected arrangement of chairs, it can accommodate from 5 to 75 people. The second banquet hall, which can also be adapted to the organization of conferences - the MOON room - is 55m2 and is available for meetings from 21 to 48 people. Moreover, the layout of all rooms allows for their free connection. Thanks to this, space for 150 people will be created when the reservation is made. Room equipment - support for business meetings, trainings, etc. We provide complex room equipment. We offer stationary sound system, projector, as well as screen and flipchart. In addition, we provide access to the Internet. To guarantee the comfort of conference participants, each training room has been equipped with air conditioning, thanks to which the optimal temperature level is guaranteed throughout the event. Hotel amenities - higher standard of conferences. We run a four-star boutique hotel in the heart of Torun. Although we are not a classical conference hotel, we guarantee standards fully consistent with them. We ensure not only flexible adjustment of the hall to the number of guests and modern equipment, but also the possibility of booking accommodation for participants at preferential prices. We offer 26 double and single rooms. In addition, we offer to organize coffee breaks and snacks between discussion panels. We can also prepare a formal dinner or lunch. The organizers can buy full board for the conference participants or in half board (breakfast and lunch). All dishes are served in our restaurant.
